This Rest and Reflect course provides a rare and perfect opportunity for you to refresh your mind through meditation. Through training in meditation we can learn how to relax and develop peaceful and positive states of mind. This course will introduce simple meditation techniques that help us to develop peace of mind and include practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life.
The fee for the course is £20 per person (includes vegetarian lunch).
